Ultrafast Broadband to our Community – we need your Pledge to help!
The Easterton Parish Community Fibre Partnership exists to bring the very latest Full Fibre, Ultrafast Broadband to our homes. Ultrafast Broadband can add approximately 3% to the value of our homes.
More of us are working from home, streaming services such as Netflix, Spotify and on demand TV services like the BBC’s IPlayer or ITV Hub additionally, using smart technology like Alexa, RING etc, all increase the need for faster, more reliable broadband.
The Community Fibre Partnership with Openreach is designed to be funded by Government Vouchers, through the Rural Gigabyte Voucher Scheme. Before your Parish Council enters a contractual relationship with Openreach we need to judge whether there is enough interest throughout Easterton Community to support this vital infrastructure investment.
Please can you indicate whether you will pledge the voucher to which you are entitled, towards the cost of upgrading our Broadband, by replying with “YES” or “NO” with your name and address, to this email andygcolley@gmail.com. This will cost you nothing! P.S You must live within the Parish of Easterton.
